Mr. Bradford has been a member of Bridgewire since 2013 and held various board and officer positions since joining. His involvement also includes teaching several Bridgewire and TMCC classes. His professional background is in engineering product development and management for several consumer product companies. Currently he has his own consulting company, American Bradford LLC to design and develop product solutions as well as artistic creations. You can often find Eric working on personal projects or helping other at Bridgewire.

Mr. Bryant first joined the Makerspace in the early years of Bridgewire. Later being elected to the Board of Directors for two terms. Mr. Bryant brings to the table a wide variety of business and technical experience. As an executive in a national broadcast company, Mr. Bryant has experience in operations management of a 24hr/7day-a-week business. In technical fields, Mr. Bryant brings experience in design, development, prototyping, and testing of motor vehicles and scientific research equipment.

Mr. Bryant believes his business and technical experience will help him in guiding and guarding the mission of Bridgewire and its members into the future.

10 years in maintenance and construction, owner/operator of a new small business established in 2020. serving the community by volunteering my time here and in other nonprofit education organizations. And a proud father of a UNR student.

Mr. Landers has been a member of Bridgewire since 2022, and President of the organization since October 2023. His professional background is in Civil Engineering and Project Management for large industrial facilities globally, with experience managing design and construction projects with development costs in the hundreds of millions of dollars. His current position is Vice President of Risk Engineering for a large European insurance company.

His goals as President include furthering the mission of Bridgewire and expanding community access to the resources and experience available within our membership.

Non-member officer. She is connected to Bridegwire's work through her husband's and son's memberships since 2022. Cecilia is a finance professional with a Nevada CPA license and has worked in External Audit, Internal Audit, and Controllership functions for a Big 4 firm and for several S&P 500 companies. She is currently a Senior Finance Manager in the Online Advertising space for a very large US Technology company. She hopes to help Bridgewire meet its long term goals and help build technological strength in Northern Nevada.

Member since 2022. Matias is a High School student and admitted freshman at the University of Nevada Engineering Program where he expects to become a Mechanical Engineer with additional coursework in electronics. Matias is mechanically adept and interested in building, repairing, and tinkering, and hopes to help the board and members by fulfilling and exceeding the responsibilities of the role.
